Standard Inclusions
- Up to 7 pages: Home, Services, About Us, Blog, Contact, Testimonials, Terms & Conditions
- 2 conversion-optimized funnels: Lead capture pages, limited-time offer pages
- Mobile-optimized & responsive design
- Niche-based design templates (medspas, service businesses, local providers)
Additional pages: $100/page flat fee (50/50 margins with partners)

To ensure an efficient launch, request these within Week 1:

Fair Use Policy
Ensures all clients receive high-quality support while allowing our team to manage resources effectively.
Small Edits
Unlimited, within reason
- •Text updates (headlines, service descriptions, contact info)
- •Image replacements (e.g., swapping banners or profile photos)
- •Button/link changes
- •Blog formatting and updates
- •Minor layout adjustments (e.g., repositioning elements)
- •Updating business hours or pricing
Typically changes that take less than 30 minutes each.
Major Edits
Up to 2 per month
- •Adding a new section to a page (e.g., testimonials, FAQ)
- •Creating a new landing page or funnel (if within limits)
- •Redesigning part of a page for updated messaging or offer
- •Updating lead capture flows or integrations
More than 2 requests/month will be scheduled for the following month.
Outside Fair Use
Requires scoped project
- •Complete redesigns of existing pages
- •Custom-coded features (e.g., HTML, JavaScript)
- •Advanced third-party software integrations
- •New funnel/page builds beyond plan limits
- •Frequent major revisions (more than 2/month)

⚠️ WeLevel accounts are NOT HIPAA compliant by default. HIPAA compliance is a paid upgrade.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act of 1996) is United States legislation that provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information.
WeLevel Compliance
WeLevel has worked with The Compliancy Group consultancy to ensure full compliance with HIPAA Privacy Rule and Security Rule, enabling HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with customer Agencies.
Security
Our database automatically encrypts all data before it is written to disk using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard. Each encryption key is itself encrypted with a regularly rotated set of master keys.
How to Enable HIPAA Compliance
$297/month per Reseller Partner account
Once your Reseller Partner account is HIPAA compliant, all sub-accounts (client/practice accounts) are automatically HIPAA compliant. Contact your Partner Manager or our Director of Partner Growth to sign up.
